BRUSCHETTA. Our bread brushed with extra virgin olive oil topped with mushrooms, cheese, Kalamata olives and fresh herbs.
CALAMARI. Lightly breaded and fried to a tender golden brown. Served with Marinara sauce.
FRESH STEAMED MUSSELS. Canadian Cove mussels steamed in white wines, herbs and a lemon butter sauce.
CRAB CAKE. Jumbo and Lump crab meat cake baked and served with a delicate sauce.
HOT SHRIMP AND CRAB DIP. Zesty cheeses, shrimp and crab meat served with tortilla chips.
SPOTLIGHT SOUPS & SALADS
CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP. Homemade and spicy. Topped with tortilla straws.
THREE SAUSAGE CREOLE GUMBO. Award winner in “Taste of Forsyth.”
HOUSE SALAD. Mixed salad greens topped with carrots, Kalamata olives, tomatoes, red onions and homemade croutons. Your choice of salad dressing.
CAESAR SALAD. Crisp Romaine topped with Parmesan cheese, homemade croutons and our Classic Caesar dressing.
GRILLED SHRIMP AND SCALLOP SALAD. Tender shrimp and scallops seasoned, grilled and served on a Spring Mix, with carrots, red onion, tomato, marinated asparagus, jicama and toasted almonds. We suggest Italian Feta Dressing.
CURTAIN CALLS
TIRAMISU. The most heavenly Italian dessert you have ever tasted! Lady fingers layered with a mascarpone mousse filling.
KEY LIME PIE. Our cool and creamy version is sure to make you pucker.
ACTORS GUILT. Chocolate cream pie in an Oreo cookie crumb crust served with fresh whipped cream. A sinful delight!
CREME BRULEÉ. A traditional vanilla custard with caramelized sugar topping.
OFF BROADWAY GRILL
Grill entrees always come with one "Supporting Role" and a Cup of Soup or a Side Salad.
BRIAN’S CHICKEN. Specially marinated and grilled. Topped with Caprino cheese and sundried tomato relish.
CHICKEN MARSALA. Grilled chicken breast topped with our fresh mushroom Marsala sauce.
FILET MIGNON. An 8-ounce U.S.D.A. choice cut tenderloin filet seasoned to perfection.
NEW YORK STRIP. A 12-ounce U.S.D.A. choice N.Y. strip steak perfectly seasoned and grilled to your preference.
MIXED SEAFOOD GRILL. Shrimp, scallops and tilapia seasoned and seared. Served with a lemon butter sauce.
BONELESS PORK CHOP MARSALA. Hand cut, marinated, grilled and topped with our mushroom Marsala sauce.
HEADLINER PASTAS
SHELLFISH LINGUINE CARLOS. Mussels, shrimp and scallops tossed with spicy fresh tomato sauce, garlic, butter and herbs. Served over linguine.
CITY PASTA. Chicken, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes and rigatoni tossed in a tomato cream sauce. Topped with feta cheese.
GRILLED SHRIMP AND SCALLOP FETTUCCINE. Grilled shrimp and scallops on top of fettuccine alfredo. Topped with a creamy lemon butter sauce.
BACKSTAGE PASTA. Chicken, Kalamata olives, sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic and olive oil tossed with penne pasta and topped with feta cheese.
BROADWAY PASTA. Grilled chicken, fresh mushrooms, asparagus and sundried tomatoes tossed with Alfredo sauce and penne pasta.
