About Sperata Restaurant: Executive Chef, Christopher Alan Hope, has worked and trained in the most famous and best hotels in London, Hamburg, Zurich, Hong Kong and Atlanta. He has received awards and medals at culinary competitions being recognized for his creativity and high standards by some of the most highly regarded food critics.
Christopher's introduction to Atlanta came through Mr. Patrick Terrall, former patron of the famous Beverly Hills restaurant "Ma Maison" and mentor of some very famous chefs including Wolfgang Puck of "Spago's". Mr. Terrall was impressed by Christopher's career history and invited him to hold a Master Class at his cooking school in Newnan. It was a huge success and he was invited back to take part in a cooking series, which featured some of Atlanta's most acclaimed chefs, such as Clifford Harrison and Ann Quantrano of "Bacchanalla". His latest achievement earned the "Famous Fish Company" the "Best of Peachtree City" award as well as a "5 star" rating by the Atlanta Magazine.
