About Rocco's Chili Roccos Pub Restaurant:
When Danny Ciorrocco and his wife Mindy, opened Rocco’s Pub back in 1980, it seemed like the perfect way to combine two things they loved – having good times with friends and the pursuit of the perfect bowl of chili. But the mysteries of great chili are not so easily discovered, and it took years to develop the secret recipe for Rocco’s Championship Chili by experimenting on friends and patrons of the Pub. “Boy, did they have a great sense of humor!” says Mindy. “But thanks to our good friends and customers, we eventually came up with an award winning bowl of red,” adds Rocco.
