About Plates On The Square & Uncorked:
Uncorked is a full-service bar specializing in wine service located on the second floor above Plates. It offers Carrollton's most extensive wine list as well as an admirable selection of beers and spirits, all of which can be enjoyed while taking in a magnificent view of Adamson Square from inside or from the Square's only balcony. Uncorked provides drinks for the diners of Plates on the Square via a dumbwaiter. Likewise, Plates' full menu is available in Uncorked during lunch and dinner. Between meals -- 2 to 5 p.m. -- a limited "pub" menu is offered featuring certain items from the lunch and dinner menus.
