Palomilla’s Cuban Grill House is as traditionally Cuban as you can get. At Palomilla’s, Cuban cuisine is not mixed with Mexican, Peruvian or Spanish cuisine, as many Latin restaurants attempt to do. The owner of Palomilla’s, Elizardo Sanz, believes there is no need to mix cuisines as the Cuban cuisine, having originated as a merging of Spanish, African and Caribbean cuisines, has its own distinct mix of flavors, spices, marinades and sauces.
