========= STEWS =========
"KHORESH" is a delicate and refined stew. It is a combination of either meats (lamb, beef or veal), or poultry with vegetables, fresh or dried fruits, beans, grains and sometimes nuts. Khoresh is seasoned subtly with fresh herbs and spices, then simmered for a long period over low heat. All khoresh are served with plain basmati rice.
