About Metro Fresh Restaurant:
.A few weeks before we opened in October 2005, my staff and I sat in my living room and talked about the world we wanted to create at MetroFresh. Words like neighborhood, generous, innovative, fanciful, funny, happy came up over and over. Those original 9 people: Diane, Carrie, Pilar, Topher, Greg, Marcie, Soledad, Julio, Laticia and me, opened MetroFresh with a lot of hard work and a lot of sweat, and with the idea that we were not "just another restaurant." We invited people to come on the journey with us - and they did.
